- Housed in a wonderful 19th century building, Hotel La Manufacture is one of the most pleasant hotels in the capital. The hotel was purchased just over a year ago by three very dynamic women who gave the Hotel La Manufacture a much needed facelift. Walls were knocked down, lifts integrated, air conditioning and brand new plumbing installed. But most importantly the hotel has been stylishly redecorated. The creative mind responsible for the soft, natural colors and the careful attention to detail, belonging to owner Bobette Compagnon, a former collegue of the well-known British designer David Hicks. With oak floorboards, lamps specially made in Spain, a collection of brightly colored paintings by local artist Alberto Cont, wicker chairs, cotton rugs, wooden furniture and baskets of flowers, Hotel La Manufacture really is a feast for the eyes. The inviting atmosphere compliments the decor making this an ideal hotel for your next visit to Paris.
